COMPETE

As with all workouts, just having the skill is the first step.

However, skills and weights associated with the athlete repeating them in a workout setting will dictate an team’s success.

Please review the writeup below prior to selecting the appropriate division at MACC FEST.

TEAMS OF 4

A team of 4 is comprised of 2 Men and 2 Women.

Teams will compete on Saturday and Sunday.

The team captain will be responsible for registering all 4 teammates.

Division Standards

  • Rx Plus

The Rx Plus Division is for athletes who have the capacity to qualify for the CrossFit Quarterfinals and are looking to become more competitive in the season.

  • Rx

The Rx Division is for athletes that are completing the CrossFit Open as prescribed. This means there are no modifications of movements in workouts and can perform most CrossFit benchmark workouts as “Rx” at your affiliate.

  • Scaled

The Scaled Division is for athletes who may be able to complete some of the CrossFit Open workouts as “Rx” but not all. Teams in this category have the skill but may not have a ton of volume to support it. The overall work capacity or weights may be the limiter to achieve a higher level of performance.
